This free pdf goal setting worksheet is ideal for exploring talents, skills and goal setting in the classroom with elementary school students. Firstly, the students brainstorm ideas about their skills and talents. These can then be shared with the class. Following a discussion around goal setting and working to improve our skills, the children choose two goals to personally start to work towards. In my class, we use one goal for at home and one goal for at school.
