Student Council Nomination Form

This Student Council Nomination Form is a useful template for students to use to nominate themselves or a classmate for the Student Council election. The student council application form includes space for the Student Council candidate name, the name of the person seconding their nomination, space to explain why they would like to be elected to the council and what they believe makes them a good representative of their class and school.
